🏡 Project: Residential Lawn Grading and Sod Installation
🌱 Sod Variety: Zeon Zoysia
📍 Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
👷 Installer: The Lawn Squad
Before and after photos tell a powerful story, and this Alpharetta project is a great example of how the right plan can completely transform an outdoor space.
For this residential lawn renovation, The Lawn Squad paired thoughtful grading with beautiful Zeon Zoysia, creating a clean, healthy, and inviting lawn that looks right at home among the property’s trees, landscaping, and natural surroundings.
Every successful sod project starts before the grass is installed. On this Alpharetta property, the original yard needed careful preparation to help create a smoother, more usable, and more attractive finished lawn.
By addressing the grade first, The Lawn Squad helped set the stage for a better installation and a stronger finished result. The difference is clear: what started as a rough, uneven outdoor area became a polished green space with a clean, professional look.
Zeon Zoysia was a smart choice for this project because the yard includes a mix of sun and tree cover. Zeon is known for strong shade performance, soft texture, and improved traffic tolerance, making it a popular choice for home lawns with a little shade in the mix.
For homeowners who want a beautiful, fine-bladed lawn with a lush appearance, Zeon Zoysia offers the kind of finished look that makes a backyard feel more complete.
