🏡 Project: Poolside Backyard Transformation
🌱 Sod Variety: Zeon Zoysia
📍 Location: Georgia
🌳 Installer: Brooks Landscaping
A beautiful backyard transformation starts with the right foundation, and in this Georgia project, that foundation was NG Turf’s Zeon Zoysia.
Brooks Landscaping took an unfinished backyard and turned it into a clean, inviting outdoor living space built for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying time by the pool. With fresh sod around the pool deck, the entire yard now has a polished, high-end look that ties the space together.
What makes this project stand out is the choice of Zeon Zoysia. Known for its dense, carpet-like appearance, Zeon creates a soft, refined lawn that instantly upgrades the look of a backyard. It also performs well in Georgia’s warm climate, offering excellent heat tolerance and a strong, healthy appearance through the growing season.
For poolside spaces, Zeon Zoysia brings several practical benefits along with its visual appeal:
- Dense growth helps create a lush, finished look around hardscapes and pool decks
- Soft texture feels comfortable underfoot
- Heat tolerance makes it well suited for sunny backyard environments
- Low maintenance needs make it easier for homeowners to keep the area looking clean and well-kept
- Strong coverage helps create a seamless transition between the pool area and the rest of the landscape
In a project like this, those benefits matter. Around a pool, homeowners want a lawn that looks sharp, feels good to walk on, and holds up well during the hottest months of the year. Zeon Zoysia checks every box.
When a skilled installer like Brooks Landscaping pairs quality craftsmanship with a premium sod variety, the results speak for themselves. This backyard went from bare and tired to comfortable, polished, and ready to enjoy.
