⏱️ Timeline: 2 days
Forty-six pallets. Two days. One campus upgrade.
NG Turf recently delivered Rebel Supreme Fescue for a TriScapes project at North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville, Georgia. Fresh from the farm and ready to perform, the sod helped bring a clean, finished look to a high-visibility campus landscape with slopes, walkways, building entrances, and shared outdoor spaces.
For institutional landscapes like North Georgia Technical College, first impressions matter. Students, faculty, visitors, and staff move through these areas daily, so the grass needs to create an immediate visual impact while supporting a polished, welcoming campus environment.
Campus landscapes have to do more than look good in photos. They need to help define outdoor spaces, soften hardscapes, improve curb appeal, and create a maintained appearance around buildings, sidewalks, and gathering areas.
For this project, TriScapes installed Rebel Supreme Fescue across multiple campus areas, including sloped sections near the building and sidewalks. The result was an immediate transformation from bare soil to a green, established appearance in just two days.
Rebel Supreme Fescue was a strong fit for this North Georgia setting because it delivers rich color, a dense finished look, and year-round appeal, especially during the cooler months when many warm-season grasses are dormant.
For campus, commercial, and institutional projects, Rebel Supreme Fescue offers several important benefits:
- Rich green color throughout much of the year
- A clean, uniform appearance after installation
- Strong curb appeal for high-visibility properties
- Immediate visual impact compared to waiting on a lawn to fill in
- A smart choice for North Georgia landscapes where cool-season color is a priority
Because this project was completed with sod, the campus received an instant upgrade without the long establishment period that comes with other lawn-starting methods.
Successful sod installation starts long before the first piece of sod is laid. It depends on fresh harvesting, reliable delivery, careful coordination, and the right sod variety for the site.
That is where the NG Turf Difference matters. With a focus on customer service, dependable availability, and farm-fresh sod, NG Turf helps landscape professionals keep projects moving on tight timelines. For this North Georgia Technical College project, 46 pallets of Rebel Supreme Fescue were delivered and installed over two days, giving TriScapes the quality and consistency needed for a smooth campus upgrade.
