Not only is it resilient, but it also boasts a lush, dark green color that enhances the aesthetic appeal of any landscape.
- Drought resistance: Reduced need for watering, saving time and resources.
- Durability: Perfect for high-traffic areas like soccer fields.
- Lush appearance: A vibrant green lawn that adds beauty to any park or complex.
The Project Timeline: A Large-Scale Installation
As of the latest update, 14 trailer loads of TifTuf Bermuda sod have been installed at the Gwinnett County Rabbit Hill Park Soccer Complex. The team at Tri Scapes has been working diligently to ensure that each roll of sod is placed correctly and the site is prepared for optimal growth.
If weather conditions remain favorable, an additional 10 loads of sod will be required to complete the project. The installation is expected to be finished soon, and we’re excited to see the final result!
Meeting the Demands of a Busy Sports Complex
Installing sod at a busy location like a soccer complex requires careful planning and attention to detail. The fields need to be ready for use, which means ensuring the sod is installed in the right conditions and receiving proper care during establishment. With NG Turf’s TifTuf Bermuda, Tri Scapes can be confident that the fields will recover quickly from any wear and tear caused by sports activities, ensuring the park can continue to host games and events.
